The team have been busy training the staff at the Etihad Museum over the past few weeks. Located on the site of the historic Union House in Dubai, where the agreement to form the United Arab Emirates was signed in 1971, the Museum tells the story of the road to unification and achievements of the UAE since.
We’ve been working with the Museum’s management and visitor services teams to help build capacity and develop their skills and confidence ready for opening.
The Museum was opened on the 2nd December in a ceremony which coincided with celebrations of the 45th UAE National Day. Each of the seven Emirates’ Sheikhs attended the opening and were given a tour of the galleries (screened live on Emirati television).
The Museum will open fully to the public on the 7th January and we’re really excited to see their wonderful teams in action!
